What happens in my Design Consultation? Once you have purchased your appointment, a Video call will be scheduled. Here, you will meet your personal kitchen designer who will talk you through the process and you will share your dream kitchen ideas. Together, you will begin to build an image of what your dream kitchen looks like, exploring samples and accessories to get a full picture of the design.
How long will my consultation take? Depending on the scale of your project, the consultation could take up to 2 hours.
If I have a design consultation, do I have to purchase my kitchen from you? The consultation is no obligation. This is why we ask for a £30 fee, that is refunded if you choose to proceed with your purchase.
I have had a design consultation... What are the next steps? Your designer will go away and finalise your initial design and put together a quotation package for you that will be sent by email. You can meet again on an agreed date to go through the quote and tweak your design before deciding if you would like to proceed.
What is your guarantee on the kitchen units? All of our kitchens are covered by a 10 year guarantee against manufacturing defects for your peace of mind. Our manufacturers are FIRA Gold certified, assuring you the highest of standards.
Do you supply appliances? We do not supply appliances.
Do you supply worktops? Yes, we supply laminate, timber and composite worktops, however due to the nature of Quartz and the installation/manufacturing process, it is easier (and cheaper!) for you to source your own Quartz worktops.
How do I buy my kitchen? We take payment by bank transfer to a nominated bank account, the details of which are set out in our invoice requesting payment; or via secure online payment, a link to which will be provided in our invoice requesting payment. You must pay for the Products via your chosen payment method within 7 days of placing your order.
Do you install kitchens too? All of our kitchens are provided on a supply-only basis. We will work with your independent fitter to answer any queries on the plan.
